In addition to research practice, the master's program includes teaching practice. This is essential not only for preparing future teachers but also because the future professional activities of master's graduates will often involve managerial positions and, consequently, training personnel. Therefore, we consider it necessary to develop skills for preparing educational materials, planning training programs, conducting seminars, and workshops for future master's students.
